Privacy Policy

Aestelyx (“we”, “us”) provides clinic management software for aesthetic clinics through the Clinic Portal, Staff Portal, and Patient Portal. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how it is protected across all three portals.

Clinic and staff accounts submit business, scheduling, and payment data needed to run the platform. Patient accounts submit only what is needed to book appointments, review invoices, and sign consent forms, scoped to the clinic they attend.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is role-based, and clinics remain the data controller for their own patient records. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
